Arrival in Lumiar

Indiana Jones Falls
- Trail: a moderate walk through a small canyon and rock formations.
- Free time: take photos and cool off in the water.
São José Falls
- Trail: a very easy walk to the waterfall.
- Exploration: time to admire the falls and relax.
Poço Belo
- Swim stop: relax in the calm waters of Poço Belo.
- Exploration: time to admire the falls and relax.
Meeting of the Rivers (Encontro dos Rios)
- Swim stop: take a dip where the Bonito and Macaé rivers meet.
Toca da Onça
- Final stop: a charming spot to end the day, with room to rest and take photos.

Return transport
- Board the 4x4 vehicles back to the starting point.

- Drop-off at the original meeting point, with time for feedback and goodbyes.
