The experience starts with a 4x4 ride to the drop-off point, close to the start of the trail.

From the drop-off point to the summit of Emperor's Peak, we walk about 1 km of trail through native forest, always accompanied by an accredited tour guide.
About Emperor's Peak
Emperor's Peak is in Nova Friburgo, in an area of protected Atlantic Forest. At 1,419 meters, it offers a superb view of the town, with Caledônia Peak and the Nova Friburgo mountains standing out. It is one of the region's most traditional viewpoints, ideal for those seeking direct contact with nature and beautiful mountain scenery.

Plants and wildlife
Along the way you can see the region's mountains and the richness of the Atlantic Forest, including bromeliads, orchids and native trees, and you will often spot birds of the mountain region.
Reaching the summit
At the top of Emperor's Peak, the reward is a superb view that conveys peace and grandeur. It is the perfect setting for contemplation, photos and moments of connection with nature.
Return
After time at the summit, we head down the same trail to the pick-up point, where the 4x4 will be waiting to take you back to the original meeting point.
